Great eye for spotting this and capturing it so well! Terrific composition and execution. Beautiful job. This would have scored very well with me in the right challenge (i.e., window, frame, view, etc.).

Funny shot! The bright light is a bit of a distraction, but I think you could probably tone it down a bit in PP with some curves/levels adjustment and/or some selective burning. I've also had some luck using semi-transparent layers of much darker versions to tone down the hues (you can use the transparency brush to get rid of the areas you don't want - or just cut & paste). ANyway, it's a VERY cute capture and certainly a great addition to any family album. :-)

another child photo shadow thing. however, these shadows emphasize the action and purpose of photo, so you get a thumb's up. however, consider going with black and white when color doesn't help, like here. or perhaps with a subtl desat.
