Whoa! Awesome shot, excellently done. Love that bokeh, a nice balance between the tired in-your-face circles (see my entry) and the controversial shallow depth of field blur. Really well done, one of the best insect macros in the group.

This is a lovely photo, nicely composed. I'm afraid I let it get lost in a sea of good pictures for this competition. I also let it get diluted by other, less successful but similar shots. So, a 6 and no comments. That's what we get for not cheating! ;)

This is a brilliant capture. Spot on focus for the bird and fence. The subtlety to this is the key to this image. There does seem to be alittle fuzz or something under his beak as I look at this longer that could have been cloned out - but nothing major. Excellent image that sneaks up on the challenge and grabs it by the short hairs. Well done.
