nice leading lines in the shot, but I do not think that adding a slight blur after the fact in editing helps the image at all. The soft focus should be natural, and something in the shot should be in focus. 5

I prefer the left half of your image to the right. For me, the right hand side is very busy. I do like the use of black & white though.

This shot is awesome! Of course it's perfect in b&w and I love the contrast but most of all I love that it tells a story - gives me the slightest little glimpse into the lives of folks in an unfamiliar situation being able to enjoy a little smidgeon of the familiar. I even like that the light coming in the windows obliterates any details of the outside world - hopefully this place serves to do that for these soldiers - even if just for a minute. Very nice. Adding to favorites.
