Ah Deb, you need to ride in Western Maryland. While on the Anchor House bike ride a few years ago a pickup slowed down and threw a bucket of nails at one of the female riders. Luckily she was a bit scratched but medically sound in general.
Some people can't remember that the road is for everyone.
I liked seeing your three bikes. I think the middle shot would have done very well in the bike challenge.

ah-ha so these are bleeding hearts! My mom has been going on about how they are her favorite flowers but I've never seen them before. As for the composition, I think you did the best you did with the angle you had. the only thing I would suggest is that if there was originally some space on the right I would leave most of that there while keeping the crop on the right the same so that you end up with a more horizontal than verticle image.

Nice photo. Maybe crop the top set of half stones as it adds another set of lines in a shot filled with lines. That bench looks painful -- I hate to sit on either end and lean back,
