So, it's blurry, so? (Blame it on the speed of the car - or maybe the heat waves)
:-)) |

holden-v8.gifby Gordon_1Comment by aliqui: If I were to guess I'd say this were a crop from a much larger image. What I'm seeing is loss of detail in addition to the grain. If I'm correct on the crop the larger pulled out image is probably fairly sharp.
I can't say I blame you for not wanting to be physically closer to a car speeding around a corner while on fire! Not to mention the driver on the wrong side of the car. He's a mad man! |

holden-v8.gifby Gordon_1Comment by SteveJ: Grainy, gritty V8 Supercar, looks like a Mark Skaife No 1? I like it as it is, captures the whole essence of Aussie Motorsport. What you see is what you get!! |

holden-v8.gifby Gordon_1Comment by NikonJeb: I think it's ever so slightly out of focus. Perhaps some aggressive sharpening and contrast would give this an even edgier look. Can you crop it larger to give it more perspective to its position? It looks like it might be going sideways.....that's VERY cool if you can convey that with background. Nice image, nonetheless, and a great capture of the fuel-laden backfire! |
