Bec 1by MakkaComment by Judi: Overall....I really like this one. Bec's skin tones are excellent and her pose although stiff in the torso is showing quite a relaxed expression.
The outfit though does distract from her. The cut of the shirt and the bright colour doesn't do her justic. |

Bec 4by MakkaComment by SJCarter: I like the soft focus/glow you've used on these throughout - very effective and creates a nice overall impact for portraits. That being said, this particular pose again seems a little lifeless. She doesn't look particularly thrilled to be there, shoulders sagging, almost frowning. Technically I don't think there's a lot wrong with the shot, there's just not a lot of zip. |

Bec 2by MakkaComment by SJCarter: This is my 2nd pick. Lighting, focus & color are all good IMHO. Not as crazy about the pose/expression - it just doesn't have much life or energy. There's nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't pop. |

Bec 1by MakkaComment by SJCarter: Not the most flattering pose or lighting IMHO. This is my least favorite of the four (although none are bad). The lighting seems unbalanced in this shot, causing a glare and I personally don't care for the fact that she's looking so far off-camera. Still, your focus and color choices are really good. |
