This one is very natural. I can picture Bec sitting there listening to you tell her of your days work. I would like to see this one cropped to remove some of the torso as I think this one would work well as a face portrait...cropping just around the chest area.

I like the soft focus/glow you've used on these throughout - very effective and creates a nice overall impact for portraits. That being said, this particular pose again seems a little lifeless. She doesn't look particularly thrilled to be there, shoulders sagging, almost frowning. Technically I don't think there's a lot wrong with the shot, there's just not a lot of zip.
