Why is Dad's nostril (which we can see waaaay up) at dead center? This is an adorable photo, though. Is there a way to make the girl more prominent in it? Even her painted nails are cute.

I'm not really sure that this would be calendar material. Who would buy it and what theme would it convey? I'd think this kind of image is too personal for someone to hang on their wall for a month!

It's a good shot and naturally posed, though a bit lacking in depth of contrast.

I like the angle of the light and the "realness" of the subjects, by that I mean, the choice of a couple who are not "young lovers" nor a cliche "cute elderly couple." The photographer has captured a feeling of comfort and ease between these two people. The conflicting energy of him looking ahead and her turning back evokes in me the promise of the future and the security of a shared past. It works very well.
