Soft Loveby kevrobertsonComment by greenfuse: Interesting, compositionally but I feel that more definition/contrast in the figure would make it stronger. |

Soft Loveby kevrobertsonComment by goodhart: I wish this were more in focus. If it were, I would rate it very high. It is a beautiful photo, nonetheless. |

Soft Loveby kevrobertsonComment by tyt2000: I think it would be a better idea to have the lady stand in front of a dark sheet because the background here seems to be a bit distracting. The pose is really good. |

Worried...by kevrobertsonComment by David.C: Lighting: good, but may be a bit harsh.
Pose: conveys the emotion well, but not sure it fits a portrait
Background: good. |

Worried...by kevrobertsonComment by Neuferland: Yes, he does look very worried. I wonder if this is a candid moment caught or posed? Very well done overall but the light seems a bit harsh, the shadow on his nose is a bit distracting and his lips look off for some reason, the color doesn't look quite right, almost too pink. The crop is well done though I would have liked to seen the whole chin to balance it out a bit more. A 5 |

Worried...by kevrobertsonComment by TooCool: This is not what I usually think of when I see the word portrait. His expression is rather disheartening and makes me wonder what stress is going on in his world. Your lighting looks to be a tad bit harsh. If some of your light came more from the side, this would soften it up a touch and help even out the skin tones.
