This works for me. I like that the bright side of the face isn't over exposed. The dark side of the face looks a little contrived on how dark it is. The curvy line on the forehead looks artificial, shadow-wise. Did you darken these? Or am I just not understanding the lighting? -7-

oh .. hahahaha .. during voting this felt like a neat .. and the title .. the arena .. made me think of your bridge image .. as i thought you had said the bridge led to the arena .. so i went and looked at your bridge image and realized that i had remembered that wrong .. it was the optus stadium .. which made me overthing my initial gut feeling that this was yours .. !! ..

Great lines and forms. I might have cropped the right a bit, just to the left of the peak, but that's just a personal take. Still one of my top picks for the challenge.
