Pursuitby glad2badadComment: Love the energy here, and while I do recognize the subject, it has been put forth for consideration in an abstract manner.
I find, while looking, that a call for deeper colors in order to cement the feel of movement may have helped it a little. |

Fringe Festivalby everlookComment: Not entirely sure what aspect of 'abstract' you were going for here, and, while I swore I wouldn't ask it, I have to wonder if you meant for this to be in the 1-second challenge and missed your upload window? |

orchidsby sohappy_02Comment: In abstracts, I prefer the piece to be left untitled, as they work better when the viewer is left to create their own story and vision.
While I can see camera movement here, the scene is still a rather static scene, so doesn't really work for me in the 'motion' sense either. |

One Bad Dayby hmundellComment: Simply not abstract enough I believe, and the motion is far too subtle. Despite the movement of the camera, this remains a very static scene. |

The spinning topby panomavComment: Telling your audience what your abstract is in an abstract challenge, probably wasn't the best idea. I would also suggest cleaning whatever surface you are using, as visible dust is going to kill a score every time. |

big emotionsby MiepComment: It's a very intriguing photo, but when it comes right down to it, it's probably just a little too advanced and/or before its time when it comes to this challenge. Very little 'motion' (emotion, in my eyes, doesn't count). The abstract, of course, is more surrealistic and psychological than physical, and probably isn't resonating well with DPC. I could, of course, be wrong. |
