I've been using the definition: "Of, relating to, or being a style of art in which natural objects are not represented realistically." With this in mind, it just seems blurry.

the motion is apparent but that alone doesn't qualify for an abstract, to me.

I don't understand the movement in the fact that I do not see any. I'm not sure the abstract quality .

Simply not abstract enough I believe, and the motion is far too subtle. Despite the movement of the camera, this remains a very static scene.
