Blue Eyes...by A_lack_of_colorComment: Eyes are just a *little* too hyper-realistic for my tastes. Even with contacts, that's just too metallic. It's a nice unique portrait though, and good B&W conversion. |

Together Foreverby 3DsArcherComment: A pretty nice shot of the birds, and while I can't find anything really wrong with it, It just doesn't pop out and say anything more than.. "here's some birds" |

RedSandby alphonzoComment: Not particularily interesting to me. Technically, it's ok, but in other areas it's just a shot of sticks on a beach. The eyes wander all over, and there's no real interesting focal point. |

Tricksby PixelstateComment: I like the coloring in the background, and it's a fun silhouette. I think where it loses ground is in the tight cropping. A little more of the environment might help sell the action. |

Potsby JHComment: I like that you've tried to give this photo a little more of a dynamic composition, but the subject matter doesn't really pull me in. The harsh lighting does it no favors either, IMO. This shot, in a softer light.. evening, sunset, early morning.. could really jump, and I'd recommend a tighter crop. |

Gathering Stormby rachelellenComment: Not an especially intriquing composition, and I don't like the strong sepia toning to it much. Just comes across a little flat. |

The Momentby hardwaybetsComment: A nice moment that isn't given justice by the treatment of the processing, or by the size of the photo. The sepia tone here does nothing for me but make it look a bit sickly. |

Territorial Defenseby soupComment: Nice job isolating the hummingbirds. It *looks* like it was done artifically, but if not, cool beans. |

Death in Pompeiby musikguru6Comment: A very interesting angle, and this even has always fascinated me. It's amazing that thousands of years later, events are still around for us to study. On a more critique level, I kind of wish you'd totally blown out the background into whites. The people and crowd you can see distract too much for me. |

Morning Viewby DanielCzajaComment: For me, the trees just distract too much instead of adding that interest element you were probably going for. That looks like a gorgeous sky, but I can't really see it. The Conifer on the right just doesn't belong. |
