Rather artless. If you couldnt get square on for a formal shot, you could have gone for a detail shot, contrasting the palm trees against the detail of the towers.

I want to like this, but I think the background comes to the fore a bit too much. The focus seems to be the shiny ring, right at the bottom of the picture, rather than the broken support as you intended.

The bright unfocussed spot at the top is a problem. Try rotating the rose to push it out of the top of the frame.

Doh! How did you make such an obvious mistake? What were you thinking? Were you asleep and just didnt notice that '57 fender on a '59 body? Oh, and the framing seems a bit lopsided.

Framed vertically, this would have all those diagonals leading the eye upwards, and eliminate the bush that must have just leant into shot as you pressed the button.
