I'm not so sure it's possible to have candids of babies in the same way that you can't have a candid of your cat. I don't think the baby has any awareness of what a camera is. Step out of your comfort zone and get some photos of strangers!

Doesn't really interest me I'm afraid. The composition doesn't work for me, but well done on blurring your background. If you're going to feature someone's hand in a photo, make sure it's all there. Hands are almost as expressive and important as the face, that's one of the reasons that this shot doesn't work for me. Part of an accidentally included knee doesn't work either. The light on the face isn't great, and the towel's shadow doesn't look good.

Some nice textures, but I wish we could see more of his face. Ideally, his face should have been seperate from the white patch of wall. The ground is a little too contrasty for my taste. The shadow on the left puts me off, I want to know what cast it.

This looks like it's been NeatImaged to death. The texture on the face is awful. Either that, or an ill-advised filter. Not sure about the composition, and it's usually not good to chop off at the elbow.

Terrible light, don't take photos in midday unless you're in shade. If you're going to feature negative expressions in a photo, think really hard about what you're communicating with the photo. Why have you taken a photo of a confused and unhappy boy? Why have you cropped a non-standard dimension leaving loads of negative space at the top?

My pet peeve is when fingers are chopped off a composition. It usually gives away photographer inexperience... watch out for that one. I'm not convinced by the composition. What is he looking at? Try to tell a story with each photo.

Doesn't have the feel of a candid shot, it feels far more like a portrait. Nice light. The hand and wrist feel awkward in the composition.
