I like this, but a nitpick, if I could. I think the tilt either needs to be straightened, or it should be tilted more, for an intentional effect. As it is now, it just appears you shot the photo tilted and didn't bother correcting it.

I suspect you might be getting blasted for this being overprocessed, but I think the treatment works for this scene. Looks like a watercolor painting.

There is a lack of sharpness to this photo and I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 24k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing most of of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit.

I love this scene and want to give it a very high vote, but I can't. There is an excessive amount of JPEG compression that is hurting the detail and clarity of this image. I can see obvious comrpession artifacts around some of the seagulls. Compression kills detail. Always use the least compression you can get away with and still come in under challenge limits.

Still gets a vote on the positive side of the scale. Despite that major technical "oops", it's a wonderful image and I should reward you with a good vote for what you did accomplish with it.

Just a snapshot under the stairs. I do think that some adjustments could bring out some interesting detail in the textures. Not too much can be done for the overly bright highlights outside, however. Such a wide range of bright and dark is difficult to capture for any camera.

A little too much JPG compression is bringing down this otherwise nice scene. 116k is not excessively tiny, but for such a detailed image it is squishing it down a bit too much. One can see some compression artifacts around the high contrast edges of the lighthouse, and there is an overall lack of detail and clarity to the rest of the image. Compression kills detail. Always use the least compression you can get away with and still come in under challenge limits.

Interesting view of a common subject. Shows a good eye for seeing light and angles.
