Pig Tailsby timfythetooComment: A very cute pic. I'm waffling on whether it meets the topic, as I consider an S-curve to be a compositional technique used to lead the viewers eye through the image. Though her pigtails are an s-shape, they don't function in that manner for this shot. Not dinging my vote for it, however, just mentioning it.
I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. My apologies, but I have decided that leaving such a high vote on this one is not fair to the folks that did use the s-curve as an eye leading element. |

String Art #13by PetRockComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. Though it's very curvy, I'm not sure if there is an eye leading usage of s-curve in here. |

Hovercraftby LydiaComment: Fantastic shot, but I'm not sure I know what is the s-curve element. Perhaps the shape of the hummingbird? |

goneby bspurgeonComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. Though the multiple s-curves are obvious, I'm not totally sure if it is used as an eye leading technique or not. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. |

No Eby MarfunComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. Though it's very curvy, I'm borderline as to whether this leads my eye through the image. I'm giving this the benefit of the doubt and letting my earlier vote stand. |

s curve glass on blackby daisydavidComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. Though there is an obvious s-curve in the arrangement of the glasses, I'm personally not finding it to be an element that leads my eye into or through the scene. I'm giving this one the benefit of the doubt, however and letting my earlier vote stand. |

My Son's Celloby NeatComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. Though there is an obvious s-curve in the cello, I don't find it to be an eye leading element that takes me into or through the image. |

Hummingbird silhouetteby juliannjComment: I'm reviewing this challenge a second time after considering what the s-curve technique is really supposed to be. That is a compositional technique used to lead the viewer into the image. I'm not really sure where the use of the s-curve is in this, though I think you did see it. I'm dinging it some, but not by much. |
