The place was locked and boarded up with these streamers roping it off. Possibly for renovation work, but I'm not sure. We got chased off after about 5 minutes of taking pics.

I can't see enough details of the runners at this size to make out anything unusual. One runner appears to possibly have one leg, but I assume the other is simply behind the person in front of them. One appears to be walking and not running, but I would not call that very unusual.

Added: Thanks for the larger version, but I still can't see anything strange. The second person from the left appears to be missing their head, but I think it is just an illusion and blending in with the foliage behind.
