Almost looks like a cookbook image, but seems a bit grainy. Perhaps oversharpened? Some detail on the meat in the center is lost to blown highlights.

Just one measly dollop of whipped cream?

The image seems a bit dim with a yellowish cast. Some curves and white balance adjustments ought to be easy tweaks for that.

Nice. I would not have chosen a sepia treatment myself, but that is more of a preference thing than any flaw of your entry.

Well, I guessed wrong on which entry was yours. I thought something else was yours. Seems you are not the only one with that crazy Christmas lights idea.

I see I was wrong as to whose entry this was. More than one person had the same crazy idea.

I noticed the thumbnail, but this did not come up for me in voting. Is this really a spider, or is is just a plastic toy of some kind? I really like it and it would have gotten a high vote from me had it come up. Hope a place in my faves will suffice instead.

I thought this might have been yours.

I have a similar issue with monitors. My work monitor is calibrated and the images are slightly, but noticeably less saturated on that one. If the saturation level is important to me on an image, I will take the saturation up a couple of extra notches when editing at home, so it will display closer to what I want on the calibrated screen. There is NO way of accounting for different uncalibrated monitors. The best you can do is to adjust for what it will look like on a properly adjusted screen.

The crop seems to tight or not tight enough to me. I also wonder if a white balance change would have a positive effect or not.

A snapshot, I'm afraid. The tip of her head is cut off a touch. Looks like a great dinner, though. Please send leftovers to Ft. Worth. Thnx.

Does not seem to be enough of this in focus and to be honest, it comes off to me as unappetizing. what is in the field of focus, however, is nice and sharp, with good colors.
