Portrait-wise, this is very nice -- enthusiasm is converyed especially well. But I would have liked to have the diploma furthest to your left be a bit more visible.

The low contrast look works very well here. Excellent details on the face; neck muscles add interest. My only quibble is that the overlay on her neck/shoulder makes it look like she has some sort of skin condition (even though I am sure that in reality her skin is way better than >95% of the participants in the side challenge).

Great pose, like the hair (yes, I did look at the whole image!!!). The eyes work nicely, the rosy cheeks a bit less so IMO. Nicely lit.

I like the b&w but I think you ended up losing a bit of detail with the conversion -- the eyebrow in particular -- perhaps slightly darker may take care of this.

I think you have some good starting material but I think it needs to be spiffed up a bit. At the very least I would a) do some selective sharpening on the eyes and b) crop it a bit tighter. The Lutchenko edits are nice in that they bring out the details much better.

Amazingly good natural light, I love the colors of the head gear, eyes are wonderful. My inclination would be to desaturate the grass a bit.
