 This is an older photo so I have to scramble my brain to remember the specs.

Setup:
This photo was taken at the ZaZa Hotel in Houston in one of those nice suites. (she was throwing a party that evening and of course invited us)

The lighting setup was nothing fancy:
1) I think this was done with only one strobe at a 45 degree angle infront of her.
2) The pose was suggested to show a flirtation/playful photo.
3) We shot at around F-5.6 or maybe F-4
4) The shutter was at 1/160th at 100 ISO

Photoshop Processing:
1) First was levels at each channel of RGB to get true colors
2) Used Curves to find true white and black
3) Converted to B&W at each channel
4) Removed all blemishes and imperfections in the skin
5) Smoothed the skin
6) Dodged the light highlights
7) Burned the shadows to create body tone on the skin
8) Dodged the eyes
9) masked out the eyes and lips
10) Sharpened the eyes and lips

Elegant, flirtatious, playful. Works well in B&W. But how come she does not get any machine guns?

Very sexy/flirty shot. IMO would have liked the left eye(my pov) more in focus(could just be my laptop). But all in all it is a fantastic shot :]

I like the crop on this one, I never know how much arm to get in or leave out so that it looks balanced. This really works.

i like the pose, too. something about the way she seems to be biting her fingernail seems so flirtatious! very cute.
