Since the day is so overcast, and the picture is slightly un-focused, would it work in black and white? I like the general composition, though I think if the tallest structure was a little bit more to the right, it would be more effective.

it's the lonely elvis-impersonating banana! (read the forums: there was almost a whole thread dedicated to bananas). A close-up (with parent permission) would have been nice, but of course this shot gives that chaos feeling that is probably more accurate.

This picture comes across as kinda flat. Maybe if you had gotten a macro of the weeds growing between the concrete it would have had more depth.

Becasue of the white lines in the background, and teh sidwalk on the lower left, I think a different angle would have served this picture better. The use of the color red is very effective, though at making the shot stand out.

This looks nice in color, but black and white or sepia looks cool too. My only suggestion would be to have a horizontal frame so that there are more of the ball players. The buildings provide a nice backdrop, but I think since the subject is the boys, it would be better not to crop their hands off.

That thing is scary looking! Reminds me a lot of my city (crtters wandering around everywhere, etc.) only two suggestions. first, and it is probably impossible, would be to have more color in the picture. I understand there's not a lot you can do about htat, unless your God, and if that's the case, you've got better things to be doing than DPC. :-) Secondly, if this creature were in the upper right of the picture instead of the lower left, it would have somewhere ot go. i like it.

It may have been an interesting shot to wait until the light turned green, the cars were on the road beside him, then framed it so that he was further to the left, instead of center.

Simply beautiful. There seems to be a bit of noise in the sky, maybe if the shutter speed was a touch faster (if possible).
