Sonexby AnAUTigerComment: In the thumbnail, I thought it was some kind of strange noodle. Sorry about that. Good capture of texture, and it seems to have some depth to it. karmat |

Golden Maple Leafby evmariedogsComment: though the surface also shows a form of texture, I believe, I think this subject would be better done on a solid colored surface - like black. I think that would highlight the textures of the leaf, and not detract from it by providing another pattern to look at. karmat |

Slide Sleeveby IsaacComment: Unfortunately, the couch/chair is more identifiable as texture to me than the shirt. It almost looks oversharpened to me. Maybe a little more light would have defined it better. karmat |

Saggy Baggy by PatellaComment: What texture, what character, what is that bright spot on the right? you have done well at filling the frame with your subject. I like it. karmat |

soft textureby jimsappComment: The angle you have framed this with gives it some interest that it normally wouldn't have. It seems a little flat to me. Maybe some saturation, or contrasting, if possible would help. karamt |

Touch Me!by CowgirlComment: I think this would be an awesome background for something that had contrasting texture. If you didn't do that, would framing it so that the lines ran diagonally instead of vertically make a difference? I'm thinking it might give some movement. |

Peacockby SwashbucklerComment: Nice focus and colors. It needs something, though, to really have kick. I'm sorry, I'm just not sure what that would be. I'll keep thinking about it, and if I can come up with it, I'll come back. karmat |

Flourishby CheetahComment: I normally don' care for inverted images, but this one is done nicely, I think. Though the original is okay (I pulled it up in Paint shop, hope you don't mind), the inversion makes it more interesting. karmat |

Trees shadowed like smokeby steelburComment: Very interesting perspective, and good focus/lighting. Instead of having the pole and lines leading out of the picture, I think it would have been better to have it on the right leading into the picture. Not sure this would have been possible and still get the leaves, etc. karmat |

american cheese[grater]by magnetic9999Comment: This is one of those pictures that you know what you're looking at and it still blows your mind. Great job. I like the colors, and how did you keep light from reflecting? karmat |
