This looks really pixelated to me. When I look at the properties of the site, it may be jpeg compression artifacts. After the challenge, ask in the forums how resize so that this doesn't happen (assuming, of course, you did not mean for it to do this. If you did, myapologies, and ignore the aforementioned advise)

It seems a little lopsided (to the right). I see the stones are straight, but the building in teh background (which doesn't look straight) has the bright lights and that is what grabs my attention

The desaturation is effective, but having the flag in the center of the composition makes it a bit static. Perhaps more negative space at the top an on teh right
