day1.jpgby PuckzzzComment: Nice work. Normally, I am not a fan of HDR, but it works very well in this capture to really show the details. |

4-The Magical Fruitby BudComment: We always sang, "Beans, beans, good for your heart. The more you eat, the more you . . ." :)
I think using a 1/4 of the top of the bag would give it a neat compositional effect as well. Great work though. This works very well in bw. |

3 - Working the Fieldsby BudComment: I really like the fence in the foreground. Gives it a bit of depth and perspective, I think. |

1-Rooftopsby BudComment: Very busy shot -- I like that. All of the different textures really add to the shot. |

Green Lizardby eransh10Comment: CRITIQUE CLUB CRITIQUE
by karmat
Compositionally, this is a very well done shot. I like how the leaves form diagonals going across and through the frame. I also like how the lizard forms a contrasting diagonal in the upper left corner. This is a strong picture -- very balanced and dynamic feeling.
Technically, this shot works very well. The focus on the lizard lets the nice textures show, and the greens throughout the shot are nice as well. The shadows in the bottom right keep it from being too monochromatic.
Overall, this is an awesome shot. I could see it, easily, in the top ten or twenty of a challenge relating to lizards or reptiles or the color green, etc. However, I am stretching my brain as much as possible, and I am just not getting the "upside down" part of this. Judging from the other comments, I am not the only one. If I am just missing it, feel free to contact me and I'll take another look.
Very nicely done and best to you in future challenges.
