I think converting this to a high contrast bw would have made it more compelling. As it is, the skin tones and the sink (?) are a bit too close in color tones. The blue glove is a nice contrast, though.

Overall, a very well done environmental portrait.

I think, compositionally, she feels a little tight on the right hand side of the frame. Perhaps if you could have changed your perspective so that you were a foot or so further left, it wouldn't feel so crunched. Another option, which may have been easier in post processing, would be to have more of the garden/plants showing on the left side of the frame.

Technically, it is also very well done. The focus, colors, clarity are all very nice, and the dof that you have used works very well. Her shirt (and the shot overall) is just a touch hot on this monitor, but it may just be the monitor.

Nice shot and best to you in future challenges.
