Melbourne by the Yarraby kaiser_chiefComment: This is very nice, it has good DOF and interesting colors. But, there appears to be some pixellation in the sky above the clouds. And the treeline seems a little sharp which may have been a result of selecting the sky area to process independent of the foreground. I like the effect you were after, I'm wondering if it could have been achieved differently. |

Window Viewby cginoComment: That's an amazing capture!! You managed to get the reflection just right!! Timone reminds me of my Timmer and their names are somewhat similar. They have the same personality, at least from what I've read in your posts. I'm just glad he wasn't hurt worse and if it was a dog it probably got some major scratches on its nose. We have a leash law around here but occasionally a dog gets loose and trees any cats who happen to be wandering about. One of my cats actually spent 3 days and 2 nights in a tree because he was afraid to come down. He finally jumped off a branch into a thicket when a repairman on a ladder tried to get him down.
Please keep us updated on Timone's progress with his new bandage and neck cone! |

Timoneby cginoComment: Awwww, Colleen.. you poor thing and poor little Timone! You are a wonderful mommy for spending the night on the couch to keep him pacified. What on earth did he get into that his paw got so mangled? It sounds like he had an encounter with another animal, they do tend to bite the feet/toes in cat fights. At least he'll heal up and be better save for a missing toe. |

Valentinaby cryanComment: Great angle. I would probably run it through Neat Image or Noise Ninja just to see how some softness would look. Very nice. |

12-april 09 unconventional. toss it on the tableby rozComment: I don't know how you guys go into all these sites to retrieve stuff.. it's very interesting but I'm scared to death of picking up some computer virus. Oh well, I suppose that's what happens when you get burned twice.
This is unique Roz! I really like the composition. Why doesn't DPC come up with a challenge for imagery like this? |
