You're absolutely right, it's a learning process researching insects based on the details. This one had a vivid gold-colored backpack of sorts so it was a snap finding it online. They also show up in late Spring so there are quite a few out there. I would love to photograph a hummingbird moth and that will be one of my projects this weekend. |
