This image has a goods and bads. The composition is nice and its well exposed. The bad things is the sharpening. It think you used too large radius when you sharpened it because there is an halo around the crane and because the image isnt that sharp. To make it sharper without getting halo I recomend using USM with radius of 0.3-0.4 and strength around 100-200.

The stones look great in a well composed image. The processing could be better, the bright blue area in the center steals to much focus and the image lacks sharpness.

Well captured action shot, looks like he is riding the frame of the picture. But I think it focus deapth is to deep as the background is clearly visible. A larger aperature would have made the rider pop out more. The tree is also distracting when placed right behind the rider.
