 The Image: Taken at Brighton where I got by yellow ribbon winning image for the ABC challenge. This was a 30 second exposure.

The Edit: Duotone, some d and b and sharpening...all my usual stuff. I have a colour version but in the end I like this for dpc. I was deciding against the blue duotone image, but I have had a few of those lately including two ribbon winners, so I thought I would stretch the firndship one more time...

Post Challenge: Woo Hoo! Another top 10 in a free study. I really thought people would have gotten a little over my duotones, but this is really special. Thanks everyone. Enzo

Love the image. Classic subject well processed. The cold blue duotone fits well with the cold night. You are really gaining ground in the FSM, I must keep focus trying to stay ahead.

I thought this had kind of looked familiar. I love the blue tones. The silky reflection is gorgeous too. Congrats on 9th place!

This adds a nice third to the series, and creates a view from afar then coming in closer with each image. Your blue tritones are rich and well toned with great range - they are still appreciated!

hotpasta? The boats are really clear for a long shutter speed. The water is completely subdued yet the boats are still in focus. Excellent feel from the sky also. -BB

Your title seems a bit contradictory to the storm-like atmosphere of your photo, but I like the image itself.
