Dropletby VodkamanComment: I like the wet towel! I wish the secondary droplets on the right were a little more in focus. If a had managed to conjure up this idea on my own, I may have formed a rat-tail out of the towel and shot with vertical framing to better fill the image frame. Nice shot! |

Cliché in a Glassby ManicComment: Nice water capture! My only issue with this photo is the framing... I would like to see the entire glass in the frame. |

"more ice goofball"by vin rigbyComment: Excellent photo! This scores well with me. I would like to see the JD bottle pulled all the way into the frame. I also commend you on your use of the lighting from an angled source rather than your camera flash. This really improves the quality of this photo :) |

Up, Up, Up!by ohsmomComment: This is an interesting photo. I have commented on some other photos similarly. I don't like photos of people from behind. This shot would be more impressive taken from the side of the vaulter rather than from behind possibly. The cropping should have attempted to include or eliminate the person on the right edge rather than splitting him. |

The Faucetby RoninComment: Excellent photograph! I really like the red glow in the water. The only thing I would really like to see here is this photo re-cropped just at the sink line and make the upper half of this shot a new shot of it's own. I bet that would be really neat! Excellent work! |

white men CAN jumpby itsaghostcarComment: I like this entry! The composition of this photo is very nice. I wish I could see the skater from the other side of the platform. I, traditionally, don't care for photos of people from the rear. I can't explain this one, but I believe the contrast is slightly off somehow. I suppose it's possible that you were shooting towards the sun maybe... |

Humming Birdby bobgaitherComment: I enjoy hummingbirds immensely. I hope to photograph some of my own this summer. These little guys are hard to freeze but I have some ideas that may work :) This little guy is a little too close to te top of the frame in this photo and there's not a lot of contrast that really forces him out as the subject of the photo. |

Turbulence or Tranquility?by pnichollsComment: I need some help from you. #1 - I don't really understand this photo. If you could tell me a little about how it was done, I could possibly adjust my score... |

god is Fallingby ritaardComment: This is an interesting shot. The framing is nice. A fill flash may have made the detail of GOD stand out a little more. |

Falling Waterby mykolearyComment: This is a beautiful shot. I love the 'orbiting' water drop off the main column of water. At first, I didn't like the contrast of this photo, but as I continue looking, I like the darkness here. The darkenss conveys the actual turbulence in the water somewhat effectively :) The only piece of this shot that I don't like is at the bottom where the dark band crosses the photo. I probably would have cropped this part out. Very nice work! Hmmm... As I continue looking at this shot, I am asking myself if I see vertical line pattern in the photo. It appears that I do :(. I am scoring this photo high just in case it is a good shot. |
