What does this photograph have to do with 'shadows'?? Whatever that is a the bottom edge of the frame (trash can maybe?) probalby should have been cropped out.... I can't score much on this shot for creativity and the 'shadow' concept just isn't here... better luck next time...

As I look at this photo, I am asking myself about these tire tracks in the dirt. I just bet that you could have made a really cool shadow shot of those tracks close up :) i like the diagonal shadows in your shot here... good job! - jmsetzler

This is a nice portrait.. it does convey a little emotion here :) i would like to see a little of the right eye (her left eye) and maybe a touch of catch light in it... good work! - jmsetzler

Nice interpretation :) I believe the exposure is slightly 'warm' on this photo. I would also like it better if the background was a little more out of focus with a smaller depth of field. The crop across the top cutting the top of the hat out of the frame could go either way... I'm not sure which works best, but overall, this may have worked better in a vertical orientation? Good shot! - jmsetzler

This is another one of those photos where the 'shadow' concept is way over my head. I am too shallow-minded to uderstand how 'shadows' ties into this theme...

The scenery here is very nice... I think this photo could use a small push on the brighness dial possibly. The subject trees are not contrasting nicely with the background. Based on the directions of these shadows, you were shooting almost directly into the sunlight! I don't know if it would have been possible, but maybe another angle on these trees would have been nice :) Good shot! - jmsetzler

A bit more focus and a bit mor light would have probably made this image very impressive! I like the diagonals and i think that backlighting this shot would have provided nice shadows as well as some good contrast :)

I'll have to admit that your shadow does have some nice color :) I'm not very impressed with theoverall concept of this photo... I believe that some additional impact could have been provided on this photo with a little different lighting setup and by applying the rule of thirds to the composition. Maybe a closeup view of the bottle and the shadow on a vertical crop? I think there are some possibilities here if you play with it a little :)
