| i really enjoyed this picture, probably because i had a similar idea when i heard about the challenge but didn't get the picture in on time. it looks pretty natural and the tight focus brings out detail that would usually be unnoticable.The girl's hair frames her face well and blackand white color brings out more emotion than if it had been a color photo. |

| This is a nice portrait.. it does convey a little emotion here :) i would like to see a little of the right eye (her left eye) and maybe a touch of catch light in it... good work! - jmsetzler |

| She looks so thoughtful. The light may be a little bright on the left side of her face (right side of the picture), but it makes for nice contrasting shadows on the other side. |

| beautiful model but I think the shadows would be more striking/dominant if she were straight haired. The curls are distracting me from the rest of the photo. |
