This is a great study in color... I like the way you have composed and executed this image. I also like the shadows on the right side of the pencils... I thought about this and was wondering what it would have looked like if the pencils were lit from the right and left to remove all shadows, but I think the shadows offer some nice contrast here... good work! = 9 - jmsetzler

This is neat :) You know what would have been really neat? I would (just for fun) have scanned this maze and then done an obvious photoshop edit to the 'end of the road' part and given it some sort of creative title to go along with it :) good shot... = 8 - jmsetzler

This is phenomenal. i really love the concept here and I think several people, like yourself, had similar ideas. Kudos to you and everyone who did, because I'm enjoying these immensely. Only minor 'goof' for me in this photo is the paper edge under your hand. it's not really a 'distraction' but I think the image would be improved without it. This is print-worthy material :) Great shot... = 10 - jmsetzler

This is an interesting concept for sure :) This is also a tough shot to do... Keeping yourself out of the reflection would have been practically impossible here... curved reflective surfaces make that tough... I'm not sure if your camera has depth of field control, but I would like this photo better if the tip of the pencil in the foreground was in focus as well... good shot :) - jmsetzler
