please to meet youby SeanachaiComment: This is beautiful work :) Everything about it is just perfect in my opinion. "Comedy" is experiencing a bit of tragedy here... the fire and the 'comedy' face seem represent the natural struggle between good and evil. If you decide to play around with this image, you may want to try some blue toning on it :) - best of show |

Anomalyby zeuszenComment: I like this one even better. The 'anomoly' in the lower right part of the frame creates a nice point of interest. |

"The Least Expensive Flower"by smellyfish1002Comment: Excellent work with the tonality inj this image. I love the detail that is visible here. The composition seems uncomfortable with the darkness on the right side. |

Dad's Little Old Rockerby JPRComment: Very nice work with the painting with light concept. This definitely 'shines an interesting light' on a mundane subject :) |

Bubblesby moodvilleComment: This is an excellent image :)
Suggestion for the print: I'm not sure if you have the room avaialable, but you may want to consider adding just a touch of breathing room at the top if possible. when this print gets a mat put around it, the bubbles are going to be quite close to the edge of the mat border.... |

50 years ago... defiance bred a Leader by RoosterComment: Greetings and kudos on an excellent photograph. I really love the way this young man's eyes are turned looking out of the frame. I assume he's watching for someone to scold him for drinking from the fountain. I think you have captured the essence of 'conflict'. Congrats on a beautiful photo. |

The contradiction in the comments refect my trade-offs and conflicts when putting it together (border, b&w, tonal quality, composition) I get so excited when I see I've got a new comment and this challenge was quite exciting!
I've gotten hooked on shooting flowers -- that could be a bad/good thing! |
I love photographing flowers, even though I haven't done many. I have a long list of specific flowers I want to photograph in the spring and summer though :) |
