Multiple Personalitiesby wickedpeteComment: i think this shot and idea are grea, and I have no improvements to suggest on lighting. The only thing I'd change is maybe more "negative space" so the girls aren't crowding each other. ;) (yes I know its a double exposure sort of scenario). |

"Pentacle" with Ropeby graphicfunkComment: i like the idea of this shot..reminds me of that drawing of a man and a pentacle, but something about it doesn't work for me..maybe its the outline of your model. She has the gentle curves of a feminine form, but her pose does not really play on that at all. And the fact that I can't see her face makes this picture unsettling for me. It almost scares me. I think its a very emotional reaction to the shot. |

Naked Lunchby soupComment: I rated this quite low because I don't think the hotdog is naked. Its dressed with condiments. I think anything but a nude human form was either going to have to be very clever or extremely well done to get past the initial thought that "nude" means unclothed person. I just don't think that happened here.
Edited to add: I can appreciate it has no bun. ;) I know that was why you chose this subject and composition, but as I re-visit this shot, I wish the plate was not OOF because it feels like its going to hit the viewer, and I just can't find a lot in this image that speaks to me and says something about the topic or makes another message known. I know these are very subjective criteria, but its a subjective vote for me and I am trying to relate to you why I gave this shot the type of score I did. |

Suite pour violoncelle.by BiduleComment: the lines of her body seem to match the lines of the cello (if that is the right instrument). Given that, I wish her hips were not askew but actually mirrored the shape of the instrument since repetition can be very powerful and beautiful. I also would have liked it if some of her body were in shadow like the instrument for more mimicking. |

Bashfulby DufusComment: I feel like the key to this shot is the lines of her body since we don't get to see the expression on her face. I would have wished for an angle that allowed more of her back to be seen or the lines of her legs (maybe a view a bit more to the left?) still very lovely like an interpretive dance. |

Discus Athleteby willemComment: i commented on another shot that it reminded me of a sculpture. This reminds me of Rodin's work. Beautiful lines on your subject and your choice of lighting really brings forward the idea of a perfect specimen of the human form released from marble or cast in iron. Your use of light and shadow gives the shot a museum exhibit feel too. Well done! |

Love Immaculateby RoosterComment: this reminds me of a sculpture. I would have preferred the camera to be lower to the ground (and closer to the couple) so that the viewer could share in the intimacy of the shot. I like the use of negative space to isolate the subject. |

Mind, Body and Spirit by nico_blueComment: i like the lines of his body, despite the unfortunately shadow (it doesn't seem intentional to me). I also wish for symmetry with the white space on either side of his hand. I think if there was a fill light to the left to get ride of the shadow and also light the right side of his body (the left part of the picture) it would be a more effective shot. 8 |

Stripedby kosmikkreeperComment: what does it for me on this shot is the look she's giving the camera (even with just the one eye showing!) and the cool zebra effect of the blinds. its wild and very well done. 9 |

Denim Dreamsby lizzyc3Comment: i like this shot because of the contrast of the jeans against the background and how her skin is so creamy it almost gets lost in the background. Very well done. |
