First, let me say WELCOME! I've only been here for 9 months and I've virtually met a lot of cool, nice people. Seeing their work and trying hard to be as good is probably the best training class you can get.

I really like your composition and how you use the line of the dock to lead us through the image. Nice job. I would love to see this with a little more contrast, by tweaking Curves in Photoshop or Elements. Something to try for the snowed in days!

Like the contrast between the blue sky and the yellow tree. You obviously listened to the comments about cropping out the roofs and I do prefer the "roofless" version.

Really like the angle, the colorful t-shirt against the white BG. I am no expert in lighting but I think this is very effective at making the BG totally textureless. She looks like she's floating... Is it just me or there is dark spot in the top left corner?

Hi Shez - what a joy to see your picture! The colors against the dark BG put me in the mood for Xmas. I love the progressive bokeh in the back too. the looping lights look like those jellied "worm" candy, illuminated from the inside. Love it!

Eeeewww! The first thing that came to mind when I saw this is how heavy their clothes must feel when they get off!!! They have like a ton of mud on them! Great action shot Sue.
