We love to play board games and parcheesi is one of our favorites.

Very good perspective shot - this one talks to me as an intimate take on someones everyday life in a still life image. I think the white balance appears off, however. If you didn't do this in RAW, try using the eyedropper tools in Levels to 'fix' it.

Great picture! Love the DOF and how you chose to position the game pieces in the back so that we can still identify the parchesi game even without reading your comment. Did you have to glue them for it to hold on top like this? Very good idea for this challenge theme (yes, it is ENVY seeping through!!)

Sour comment: as others have side, white balance is on the warm side. But it still doesn't take anything out of this picture.

Man, I wish I had thought of that :)

Nice pic, i like the desat giving that vintage feel.
I would like to have seen the dice in motion.

Yes, the lighting seems a bit flat, or it's the white balance.

Another name for parcheesi is Ludo.

Very cute capture of the balancing act! Ditto about the WB. I'd like to see the dice be a little more white. Also, just a thought, I'd slide the dice to the left and cover up that gap between red and yellow.

Well I am not quite sure what parcheesi is but this is a nice photo.

Compositionally strong (I like the gentle bokeh) although possibly the dice could have been moved a fraction to the right so they hit a rule of thirds point. The border works well. I quite like the muted colour of the board and the pieces but perhaps the contrast could have been played with just to give a little more 'pop' to the dice.

Very nice crisp focus

Very nicely done - comp and execution, but I agree that the WB seems off.

This is SO cool! I love the perspective and the angle that you took this in. The only thing is maybe the white balance is a bit off? Can't tell, but maybe a cool filter might balance it. Great image!
