Graceful Departureby connieComment: a nice sunset, but nothign else. No foreground, no detail, no shapes and textures.
One of the things I have learnt is not to rely on one element for your photo. So many people see a good sky and shoot it without thinking about anythign esle. Others ee an interesting person or bird for example, and shoot that giving 100& of thought on the main subject.

Vickiby KonadorComment: black and white with blue eyes? A shame as this would work very well as a normal photo in B&W.

Golden Lightby JPRComment: A touch too soft - apart from that only one word - perfect and my fave of the challenge.

The Ruinby e301Comment: A little too soft for my tastes - such old buildings should be full of textures. Very interesting subjects though.

Summer Daysby dan_pendletonComment: A nice recording moment - sublime softness, but doesn't hold much lasting appeal to me. I would have cropped a bit off the bottom to stop the girl being Central.

Solitudeby p_johnsComment: A very well captured sky here I can't help but think it would have been better made use of if you could have chosen something else to go with it than a small hill. |

The Bearded Ladyby ellamayComment: A very well taken photo, but looks more like a recording achievement rather than something one would want to spend ages looking at.

Film Noir Gun Girlby magnetic9999Comment: Wow very good - almost 50's kind of feel to this shot. I like the harsh light and soft Vaseline effect.
Very nice
