Bad Points: not very exposed? and also underexposed by quite a bit. too much noise by far. try neatimage - it's free and can be very handy in images like this

My Tattoo revealed....by WILDBLUEComment: Good Points: Idea is great, composition nearly great.
Bad Points: tattoo itself is uninteresting, with no detail. Thus making the image the same. The hand is a distraction, without it the lines would be very clever and interesting.
