Day 26by hajekaComment: I'm very glad to see that this isn't what I thought it was in the thumbnail. Looks yummy, but I think I'd have to add the olives. Great colors and clarity. |

Day 26 On the fringe of the madding crowdby jonfrommkComment: I really like the graininess of the image and the lens flare also. Now, I don't know much about the Vivitar, but dslr's aren't all they're cracked up to be. Take a look at some of my images ;)
One more thing, you being friendly to the people reminds me of Will Ferrell in "Elf" when he got to Manhattan.
Great street photography... now go back and get something for the challenge. And just to BE a rebel, use the vivitar and submit the photo. |

Day 25 - Copaxoneby BAMartinComment: Barbara, this picture obviously speaks the 1000 words all on it's own. Very raw and honest. I love it... just not that you had it to image. |

Day 24by emily212Comment: Fun slide, huh? I dunno about that, I get a bit weird up high like that. I love the angle and the processing. Very cool to be in the back of this image. |

day 25. 50 day square crop. truckby rozComment: This is my preferred image. Although, there is a little bug there! Actually, what I like is the BG. It looks like a deisel truck, but not 100% sure. Leaves something to my imagination. Love the colors and border. |

Day 25 - The Internet is for....Pawnby jonfrommkComment: First of all, I am SO glad that was not a true joke that you started with. I have a terrible reputation (well earned, I might add) of not getting things very quickly. Very interesting history lesson, glad to hear you don't "work" the street.
Nice mix of textures and lines. I love the sky, as when I think of a pawnbroker, I think of the places people must be in to use one. So it all really just ties together nicely.
(ETA: was that a joke? Now I'm feeling dumb after reading the other comments..... must let me know.) Message edited by author 2007-07-25 21:52:28. |

25day4039by Pug-HComment: Those things are creepy. Add a plastic bag and I'm just purely frightened! I cringe at the things that are not only marketted at kids, but are so popular. Great image of this fear for me ;) |

Day 24by kellyrc01Comment: But what I'd like to know, how fast was this pic taken at? Love the slight motion blur of the ground, you got some great dirt on the car to the left. Fun image! |

50Day24: Larry Flynt's Hustler Clubby citymarsComment: You're quite dedicated to get dressed and take a long walk in the evening for this challenge. I think I'd photo.... I guess I'd photo. G. Brett, lol! Great colors, I love the softness and vignetting. The colors and motion are lovely additions. |
