To me, the light on the hand seems a bit harsh, the shadow is somewhat distracting, and I think the eyes might've popped a bit more if this were sharpened.

I'm assuming this is a massive use of neat image. Part of me really likes it... then I'm not so sure. But I think I'm leaning more to liking it. I think the oddity of the processing goes with his expression. What do I know?
