Rainbowby lovethelightComment: This is awesome, how the rainbow seems to go right on into the ground at the edges because of the reflection on the wet street. I saw that you were using the 24-70, and though " how did she do that with an APC sensor camera and that lens?" I have shot rainbows with the S 3 with APC sensor, and it takes my 15mm fisheye to get the whole thing like this.
I am glad that you are enjoying your new place. |

Rose 31 Mayby MelethiaComment: It's all good! Roses are always pretty, in any stage of their life. I like the "as found" look of this shot, with the web, the dew, and the BG bokeh.

Towerby turnofthesueComment: I lived in a high rise for a while about 35 years ago. It was a lot of fun when I was young, single, and playing in a band on weekends. It seems odd to me how you can live in one of these for years, and never get to know the people two doors down. |

pink carpetby LelezComment: This is a nice scene. I like the way the sidewalk zig zags away from the camera and the soft tones of the flower petals all around. |

Cart muleby ZigomarComment: Interesting car and load in this shot. I hope that he don't try to drive it into his garage with that load on it.
This would have made a great entry for the "Unusual" challenge. |

Evening Sentinelby cogeroxComment: The side light, the sky, the curves and layers all make this pretty sweet to view. It's quite a different scene from what we have here in Fl. |

3-june 09 where i live. fascination !by rozComment: It's your little star girl again : )
That was creative to double the little hound for this scene. I bet she wishes that she could watch both sides of the trail at the same time like the image depicts. |

Rebaby cynthiannComment: High key is nice. You don't see that very often in bird shots like this. |

Day-01_0651.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: That's a sweet place. The reflection of the bridge is good for the overall effect of the placid mood. I also like the "post card" border.

old schoolby cginoComment: The shot looks pretty nice now. You certainly fixed it up.
My grandfather had a 32 V8 Ford pickup, which looked almost like this one except for the way the wheels were built. He called it "Leapin' Lena" and we used to go fishing on the back roads in the Everglades, and to the Seminole reservation to visit with his friends there with it. My grandfather gave it to my older brother, and he drove it until he graduated high school. Thanks for bringing back some fond memories. |
