I like the edges, and the way the overlay almost makes the electric box over the rail disappear. Nice processing work.

Rainbow

This is awesome, how the rainbow seems to go right on into the ground at the edges because of the reflection on the wet street. I saw that you were using the 24-70, and though " how did she do that with an APC sensor camera and that lens?" I have shot rainbows with the S 3 with APC sensor, and it takes my 15mm fisheye to get the whole thing like this.
I am glad that you are enjoying your new place.

It's all good! Roses are always pretty, in any stage of their life. I like the "as found" look of this shot, with the web, the dew, and the BG bokeh.

I lived in a high rise for a while about 35 years ago. It was a lot of fun when I was young, single, and playing in a band on weekends. It seems odd to me how you can live in one of these for years, and never get to know the people two doors down.
