Nice crisp image - but I find it a little disturbing that he appears to have a twig stuck up his butt . .

I know that little birds can be annoying hopping about every few minutes - but you really shouldn't stick them to the branches with cocktail sticks just to get a photo . .

They always make landing look so easy - it's interesting to see just how much is going on the second before they land.

Tail splayed out as a brake, wings angled, feet reaching out , eye's focused on what to us is just a little feeder, but to him is huge. It's like us jumping onto a tiny ledge in front of a huge tree trunk !
