i like this one. i like the curves of the ramp. the floor looks so smooth and you also managed to get good detail and lighting on the barrel which looks like it might be in a darker part of the pic.

Day 4 - Unitarian Church

i need to learn how to properly dodge and burn. your contrasts do a nice job of conveying this gothic feel (gothic in the traditional sense lol). the only thing that is a distraction for me are the branches(?) on either side of the pic. Kind of runs into the details of the church. A cool pic!

it's not boring. it's very pretty. i like the details and lines. the light and shadows on the center piece really make the item stand out in the pic.

Day Two: Comtemplative

this is excellent. looks like a photo you'd see on the cover of an author's novel. (oh especially with all the books in the background lol) Love the lighting. The only thing I think should be done differently is that the lighting is over-emphasizeing the part on the left side of your face that is being pushed up by your hand. To me the lighting makes it look like you have put too much force on that side and it kind of detracts from the natural lines of the rest of your face.

ACtually it is too bad you did not have a tripod. I love the glass windows and I bet the light coming thru them at night like this is very pretty!
