Into the Nightby levyj413Comment: Subtle but effective - the transition of the blues of the sky is very well dull and has produced a lovely richness of colour. The monument like buildings seem a little over bright. |

Pirouette by MAKComment: At last one I am actually enjoying viewing! Your have chosen a good subject to showcase this technique, with a good base photograph. The low vantage point adds to the sense of height and clear air. |

tahoe_sunset.jpgby meyersComment: Good use of natural framing! It hardly ever snows where i live, so I really enjoy looking at landscape photos like this. |

Dualityby Meda4Comment: You have the basis of a very peasing photo here, but you need to reign in your post-processing to capitalise on it. |

Eyesby BarbBComment: This could be lovely, but the strong yellow-green colour caste (on my monitor at least - apologies if others aren't seeing it) is somewhat off-putting. |

Fairy Falls (not HDR)by ben4345Comment: The 'not HDR' in the title seems rather superflous on two counts - 1. it doesn't look HDR, and 2. it is immediately going to get the backs up of those who do use HDR techniques from time to time.
That aside, the composition is strong, and the unsaturated processing suits the image very well. \there is an incredible amount of detail - you have done well within the 150kb limit! I would imagine this would look good as a framed enlargement. |
