Taipei 101 - World's Tallest Buildingby pwm6Comment: i like the choice of diagonal composition. i am not usually a fan of this type of processing (the sky seems overdone and has an unusual halo) but i think it actually works here pretty well |

Cathedral of Biblical Proportions by LVicariComment: the intensity of colors is outstanding here - i bet this looks great at full resolution
to bad that person is in the scene to generate a slightly unbalanced feel - but you can fix that before you print out that large print! |

really nice full face effort - the details in the nose are outstanding but i almost wish for a bit more DOF to really allow the eyes to be completely in focus |

Spring Snowby elru21Comment: almost two images in one - the girl seems almost overwhelmed by the winter wonderland - and that works nicely here. I just wish we could see this at larger than 720 px as it is hard to really see her expression (maybe a tighter crop for the DPC posting would have been in order) |

Salzburgby jrtoddComment: lovely light on the buildings - it almost has a feeling of a painting
there does appear to be an issue with the sky though - i can see an unusual pink cloud in the left section of the sky and some almost green effects in other clouds |
