this is an extraordinary photograph irene .. you are indeed the master ...
you once said you'd like to have a gtg in the grass near my home .. well i was going to suggest a gtg around your cooker .. well that was when i read that you take a lot of your bubble shots on your ceramic stove top ..
think it would take me many many hours, days, weeks, months .. to do something as amazing as this even if you were coaching me ..

WOW .. this is just wonderful .. getting one bug can be difficult, getting two is often like a miracle .. i love your title .. & i love your border it really makes your photograph pop .. the blue sky in the background and the gorgeous colours are an added bonus ..

before i started photographing insects i never even realised the diversity in the fly world .. some flies are very very attractive .... this one isnt so pretty, but those red eyes are amazing .. !
its a great shot .. i love the contrast between the eyes and the greenery all around him .. anyway i'm just looking thru the challenge .. not voting .. :)

also i noticed that you put those squiggly bits on either side of your titles .. they are distinctly yours .. so some ppl will know who the photographer is .. early on, i used to put three full stops on either side of the title .. didnt even think that it would single me out .. could go against you .. thats all .. :)
