many congratulations on the blue for this amazing image ..
it blows my mind the knowledge you must have to take this shot ..
people arent blurring .. so you wouldnt be using a very slow shutter speed .. the car in the foreground might have been moving quite quickly .. ?? .. so the rest of your settings .. wide open aperture .. then i balk at the iso you would have to be using ..
i would love to know how you got this .. just fantastic .. and brilliant ..
its not just that you have great technique .. but the image itself is eye candy .. wonderful in black and white .. great contrast .. love the structure too .. :)
